Your membership dues are important to accomplishing our mission, but volunteers make it work! Volunteers are needed for a variety of activities; some require a large block of time for a short period (fundraising events) and others require a minimal time commitment on a regular basis (recycle volunteer). There are many opportunities for you to become engaged in your child’s educational experience. It really makes a difference to the children.

On the online Membership Form or paper Membership Form, you can sign up to help with a specific activity or fundraiser – see the “job descriptions” below – and you can also join our new Volunteer Pool and help the PTO on an as-needed basis, as your schedule permits.

Book Fair Assist with sale of books as well as setup and breakdown for the annual fall book sale.
Communications Assist with PR, the Husky News, the Bromfield Bulletin, the PTO website, etc.
Fall Fête Assist with any aspect of this annual dinner-dance fundraiser held in the fall.
Family Events Help coordinate special family eventsDay fair.
Hospitality Provide refreshments for PTO monthly meetings, the National Honor Society Dinner, Academic Awards Night, and other PTO events as needed.
Business Partner Program Help with this new program in which businesses support the PTO in exchange for recognition and advertising.
PTO Store Process orders for HES and Bromfield apparel and other school logo items.
Teacher Appreciation Events Provide and serve food during Teacher Appreciation Days
