General information (paper order form):

  • Orders are due the 2nd or 4th Friday of the month.

  • Cards may be picked up from the Superintendant's office on the following Friday after noon (a reminder email will be sent). The office is open until 4:00 pm.

  • If you requested that your cards be mailed, you will receive them on Saturday, the week after the order was due.

Instructions (paper order form):

  • Print the Scrip Order Form. The most commonly used vendors in the area are on this form, but there are many more! To see a complete list of vendors, click here.

  • Fill out the order, total it up, and write a check. If the vendor's name is not on the order form, write the vendor's name in one of the empty boxes at the bottom of the form.

  • Drop off the order form and check at HES or Bromfield Administration or send it in the mail to Harvard PTA, P.O. Box 488, Harvard, Ma. 01451.

General information (online orders):

  • Your first order requires that you set up your account. Instructions are provided below. You will need to provide bank account information, so have it on hand when you sign up. The first time will take the longest, but after that, the process is quite simple.

  • Local vendors are included and you will find them on the vendor list. For Shaws, there are two options. If you order Shaws, please pick the one that says Shaws Harvard PTO. We get a better return.

  • There will be a processing fee of $.39 per order. Please check with your bank that they will not add an additional fee. We have heard from the scrip company that some do.

  • We will mail cards to you. If your order is very large, we may call you to work out a way to deliver the cards as we are uncomfortable sending large orders through the mail. We would appreciate a donation for mailing costs since we cannot collect mailing costs through the on line system. If you are going to order periodically, please make a donation of several dollars to Harvard PTO, PO Box 488, Harvard, MA 01451. Average costs for mailing have been $1 per order.

  • We will still do orders twice a month. You can put your order in at any time as long as you understand that it may not be in synch with the timing of our orders and deliveries. We will publish dates of the orders on our web site so that you can check when orders are due and when they will be distributed at any time. Changes in our ordering will be noted on the site as well.

  • Currently, we cannot set up a monthly debit for orders that one might want to get monthly, e.g. grocery cards. We hope this is coming in the future.

  • You can also order online and not use the bank account withdrawal option. Simply place your order, and choose to print the order when you check out. Return your printed order and a check to HES or Bromfield Administration or send it in the mail to Harvard PTA, P.O. Box 488, Harvard, Ma. 01451.

On the top of the page, under the menu, you will see the message "Your Presto-Pay™ account has not been verified. Click here to verify.". Click and verify.

  • Subsequent orders only required you to enter your email address and password.

Remember, we do best when you order every month for cards such as grocery, pharmacy, restaurant, clothing and gasoline!
