    The Internship Connection is a comprehensive program that provides high school students with "real-world" career experience through summer or school year internships. Students work part-time at these unpaid positions for an approximate total of 60 hours, usually over a 4-6 week period in the summer.

Interns generally work 9 to 5, Monday through Friday, and receive a $125 weekly stipend. Interns live at the University of Pennsylvania. Camp residential staff is responsible for all social aspects of the program.
