This year the Harvard PTO is pleased to announce that we are offering Business Memberships and have expanded our donation programs. These programs offer more extensive advertisement opportunities in various ways to our business partners throughout the school calendar year. For the first time, we are offering ads space in the PTO Student Directory, which is distributed to all PTO members (families, teachers and community members) and used daily as a resource tool.

Service Donation
We would appreciate any and all donations of services that can be used throughout the year. Some examples include printing services and/or gift certificates that can be used for auctions, raffles and other events.

Event Sponsorship
We would appreciate any and all donations of services, merchandise, food and beverage products that can be used for a specific event such as our annual Fall Fete and Fun Fair. A sign will be displayed thanking the business for their generosity.

Capital Equipment Donation
We would appreciate any and all donations of educational equipment and tools from our “capital equipment wish list” compiled by Harvard’s school principals to prioritize needed resources that they are unable to fund themselves. A nametag or plaque of your business will be displayed on these items thanking you for your generosity.

Funds raised last year by the PTO were used to underwrite curriculum enrichment initiatives, buy books, computers, Smartboards and other technology, purchase math and science equipment, support the Connect-Ed phone system, provide student scholarships and awards, host family fun events, support many teacher appreciation events and much more. We are in the process of launching a student lunch-card program and updating administrative software systems as well.

We appreciate your support and know it will have a positive impact on the programs and services the Harvard PTO is able to fund for the Harvard Public Schools.
